Croutons -Don't throw away stale bread!
This morning, I was planning to eat the French baguettes for my breakfast, but it became so hard😭 Then I remembered the delicious croutons which @EmmaJaneRichards has made for us with stale breads, so I found her recipe and followed it. My hard stale bread was rescued and it became a crunchy and flavorful croutons!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bread in cube size. Put a parchment paper on a baking tray and place the bread.
* Step 2
Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary. Preheat oven at 140 ℃.
* Step 3
Heat in the preheated oven for 10 mins! Put in a jar. Enjoy as it is or enjoy with soup or salads!
