Just in 15 mins! Chinese style fish ball, bok choy and egg soup
Inspired by @Uchu ‘s recipe, I went to Asian supermarket(168 in Bristol) to buy fish balls and chicken stock powder. Instead of leek in @uchu ‘s recipe, I added bok choy. It’s healthy, delicious and comforting💞

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pot and add fish balls. Wash and cut bok choy, then add in the pot.
* Step 2
Add chicken stock powder, soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
* Step 3
Beat the eggs. Slowly drizzle the eggs into the soup while gently stirring in a circle. Wait until it rises to the surface. Ready to enjoy!
