It's a simple and easy way to enjoy the taste of various ingredients. Not much of an effort, you can cook a great one big meal for your family or friends' gathering!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel off the potato skin with a peeler. Rinse the potatoes and add into a pot. Cover the potatoes with water. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes.

Wash and cut all the other ingredients in bite sizes.

* Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200โ„ƒ. Place all the ingredients in an oven tray, pour the olive oil evenly and sprinkle salt, pepper and herbs. Cook for 20-30 mins.
