Chinese style crab meat omelette on rice “Tenshinhan”, cooking for 1 person - 天津飯

“Tenshinhan” is recognized as Chinese dish in Japan, but it was actually born in Japan, which I didn’t know until just now😂

Cooking instructions

Boil 150cc of water in a pot and add all ingredients with ★. Mix well until dissolved.
