“Tenshinhan” is recognized as Chinese dish in Japan, but it was actually born in Japan, which I didn’t know until just now😂

* Step 1
Boil 150cc of water in a pot and add all ingredients with ★. Mix well until dissolved.
* Step 2

Boil until the sauce gets thicker.

Prepare rice. You can use leftover rice. Put on a plate.

Cover the rice with the omelette.

Pour the sauce and sprinkle some leeks on top. Have fun!
