Just mix all the ingredients for the sauce, marinate the chicken for 1 hour and roast it in the oven for 20 mins! It looks fancy but it's actually very easy!

* Step 1
Prepare a tray and mix all the ingredients for the roast chicken sauce.
* Step 2
Marinate the chicken and leave it for 1 hour in the fridge.
* Step 3
Place a parchment paper on an oven tray. Use a brush to coat the sauce on both sides of the chicken. Preheat the oven to 180โ.
* Step 4
Roast in the oven for 20 mins. After 15 mins of roasting, take out the tray, coat the sauce again and bring it back to the oven again.
* Step 5
Decorate with paper or ribbon to make it Christmassy! Enjoy!
