Easy 10 mins preparation! Japanese version of “Biskut Arab” which is called “Snowball Cookies”⛄️🇯🇵
When I first saw the Biskut Arab, it reminded me of the snowball cookies which I used to make with my mother when I was a child. As it’s so easy, just mix all ingredients, it’s perfect sweet to make with kids! Unlike the Biskut Arab, this cookie doesn’t need ghee but butter. Please try whenever you don’t have much time but still craving for homemade sweets💕
Ingredient
Food ration :
13 small balls
Cooking time :
10 mins to prepare, 23 mins to bake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Measure all the ingredients.
* Step 2
Sieve the flour, sugar and almond flour together.
* Step 4
Add butter in the bowl and mix with the flour, sugar and almond flour. Use a spatula first but once the dough holds together, use your hands to knead the dough.
* Step 5
Divide the dough into small balls and place them on the oven tray(please have a percement paper).
* Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 mins. It depends on your oven so please be careful not to burn the cookies.
