Japanese Shiso Cheese Chicken Roll

#goldenapron2020 #cookpadxphop2020 #task4 Since my family is planting shiso leaves(perilla leaves) at home, we are now trying many ways to enjoy shiso leaves and this is so far the most tasty one!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the middle of the chicken breast strip and make it one large thin piece.

* Step 2

Put shiso leaves and cheese on each chicken breast strip. Roll it tightly.

* Step 3

Heat a pan under a medium heat, put some oil and fry the chicken. Once the surface turns slightly brown, add 1 table spoon of water and cover the pan with a lid.

* Step 4

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and you can cut into half when you decorate on the plate. You can eat with salt & pepper, soy sauce or dipping into Gochujang.
