Panera chicken salad upgraded

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The trick for this salad is getting everything about the same size. Combine shredded chicken, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, scallions, snow peas in a large bowl

* Step 2

Make dressing. I’ll use a mason jar that I can shake up. Make sure you micro plane your garlic

* Step 3

Pour the dressing over the salad and thoroughly mix everything together. Everything should be covered in dressing. Let sit for a couple minutes and retoss

* Step 4

Add water chessnuts and almonds and toss a couple more times

* Step 5

Once the salads are served in their bowls, generously top with wonton strips If your salad is too dry, add the rest of the dressing. If it is still too dry, add more oil and toss
