Fancy Mac & cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook bacon in a Dutch oven. Dice once cooled and set aside

* Step 2

Roast broccoli florets at 450 for 14 min and set aside

* Step 3

Drain most of the bacon fat, add some olive oil and brown your onions. Once they’re soft, add garlic and cook for 2 more min

* Step 4

Add brandy and cook for about 3 min

* Step 5

Add flour and stir until the flower mix is a golden color

* Step 6

Add broth and cream- cook until it’s thickened

* Step 7

Add nutmeg and truffle zest, and cook longer.

Reduce heat, add cheese and mix until combined

Add tomatoes and remove from heat

Add bacon and broccoli and mix well

Add your cooked noodles and mix well.

Top with cheese/ Panko mixture and bake at 450 until golden
