Cauliflower pasta 🍝

I'm trying to cook more plant-based meals to cater to the changing demand. This vegetarian meal is a perfect example of that.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven at 425Β° F. Cut the cauliflower and season it with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Roast the cauliflower flowerets and chopped green pepper for 25 mins.

Saute onions in olive oil and butter. Add garlic. Also, add salt to taste, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano powder, chilli flakes and lemon zest. You can also add lemon juice from the same lemon.

Add cooked pasta according to the instructions in the package.

Add parsley and mix.

Serve the pasta with the roasted cauliflower and peppers.
