Paneer manpasanda
This paneer manpasanda recipe uses shallow fried kasuri Methi card marinated paneer cubes and pureed onion, tomato and cashew nut paste to make a delicious curry with rich creamy gravy.#paneer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the paneer into square or rectangle shape
* Step 2
2. Take bowl card,kasuri methi and all marinated ingredients mix well than cover it to Paneer slices for 15 minutes for marination.
* Step 3
3. Take oil in hot non stick pan and sallow fry all the marinated Paneer slices in both sides in low medium heat.
* Step 4
4. To make the gravy, heat oil in a nonstick kadhai. Add Cumin seeds,bay leaves, cinnamon, green cardamoms and cloves and sauté. Add the onion paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
5. Add tomato purée and mix well. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and Salt as per taste and mix well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 6
6. Add tomatoes puree sauté for 2-3 minutes than add cashews paste than mix well add some water sauté itthan add cream switch off heat.your Paneer pasanda gravy is ready
* Step 7
7. Take serving plate put shallow fried Paneer slices than pour Paneer pasanda gravy garnish with coriander leaves.and cream serve hot with nan, roti, or rice.
