Vati dal na khaman
My favorite vati dal na khaman because my mother in law use to make very delicious. I love it.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put water in chana dal and rice for 6 hours.
* Step 2
Take some yogurt and grind them.
* Step 3
Add all ingredients ginger and chili pest, turmeric, salt, suger,citric acid and leave over night.
* Step 4
Next day take small plate and gris with oil.take one small bowl and take 3 big spoon batter and put 1/2 tsp eno 1spoon oil and water mix well.
* Step 5
Steam them for 10 min and when is done wait until cold and after cut them.
* Step 6
For tadka take 6 tbsp oil, mustard seed, hing,green chili and curry leaves.
* Step 7
Ready to eat enjoy my recipe.
