The protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, Ke, folate, and fatty acids in the kale, plus the avocado antioxidants and resveratrol make this drink a real super-smoothie!

Cooking instructions

Blend all ingredients on medium-high in mixie jar in mixie until smooth.
