Water melon heart Chocolate delight

This is my innovative dish Melted chocolate and juicy heart shaped watermelon combined with crunch of pomegranate perfect for Valentine’s day or all special occasion.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the watermelon heart size approximately 2”
Line a baking sheet or large plate with wax paper or grease them.
* Step 2
Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Add cream and milk mix well
Dip half frozen piece of watermelon into the melted chocolate. Shake off any excess chocolate then immediately sprinkle the chocolate with sea salt.
* Step 3
Arrange pomegranate in it (The chocolate will harden very quickly.) Return the dipped watermelon pieces to the wax paper to set fully.
Decorate half portion of watermelon heart with white whipped cream with the help of piping bag than decorate the serving plate with orange slices,strawberries and pomegranate seeds
* Step 4
Then set for 10 minutes in freezer
Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
