Tivara bhaji is very famous Chhattisgarhi dish in winter season . It’s made with small soft leaves of tivara plant ,brinjal and tomatoes ,fried red chilies ,green chilies and girlic.it's taste is savory, delicious and nutritious dish.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1. Wash bhaji and chopped in to small Part
* Step 2
2. Take pan add oil heat than add chopped garlic,green chilies,red chilies saute it
* Step 3
3. Than add chopped brinjal sauté it 2 minutes
* Step 4
4. Than add chopped Tivara bhaji sauté it for 15 minutes than add chopped tomatoes.put salt than cover it
* Step 5
5. Sauté for 15 minutes when bhaji and tomatoes are well cooked.
* Step 6
6. Your Tivara bhaji is ready serve with Plain steam rice.
