#winter recipe Contest #winter Tivara bhaji is very famous Chhattisgarhi dish in winter season . It’s made with small soft leaves of tivara plant ,brinjal and tomatoes ,fried red chilies ,green chilies and girlic.it's taste is savory, delicious and nutritious dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. Wash bhaji and chopped in to small Part

2. Take pan add oil heat than add chopped garlic,green chilies,red chilies saute it

3. Than add chopped brinjal sauté it 2 minutes

* Step 4

4. Than add chopped Tivara bhaji sauté it for 15 minutes than add chopped tomatoes.put salt than cover it

5. Sauté for 15 minutes when bhaji and tomatoes are well cooked.

6. Your Tivara bhaji is ready serve with Plain steam rice.
