Zingy Spinach Parcels
These Zingy Spinach and Cheese Parcels are so incredibly delicious, even if you’re not so much of a Spinach fan! The stuffing is full of Cheesy Spinach with some Italian seasoning.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take All Purpose Flour and to that add Salt, Carom Seeds (Ajwain) and Oil.
* Step 2
Mix t Well and then Knead a soft dough using Water as required and allow it to rest for 10 min.
* Step 3
In a heating pan, add Oil and allow it heat nicely. Once Oil is heated add grated Garlic and chopped Onions.
* Step 4
Saute the Garlic and Onions for 2 min on medium flame.
* Step 5
Now add roughly chopped Spinach (Palak) and cook for 1 minute.
* Step 6
Then add Cottage Cheese (Paneer) and mix well.
* Step 7
Furthermore add roughly chopped Peanuts (Mungfali), Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and mix well.
* Step 8
Allow the mixture to cool down completely and then add grated Cheddar Cheese and mix well.
* Step 9
Now take the small portion of dough, roll into 3 inch round Puri and to that add 1 tsp of prepared stuffing and apply Water to the circumference of the Puri.
* Step 10
Now seal the edges as shown in the figure.

In preheated Oil, drop the parcels and deep fry on medium flame until golden and crisp.
* Step 12
Remove it on Kitchen towel and now Parcel are ready to serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
