Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Kadhi:-First take a bowl add curd,besan,salt,red chilli powder,water mix it well makes sure that there is no lumps in it

* Step 2

Now take a pan add oil or ghee add rai,ajwain,jeera,sukha chania,mustard seeds,hing mix it well till it changes the colour add kadi mixture in to pan slow flame the gas till it bubbles it takes 20 mins to make this kadhi stirr it on a slow flame till it done

* Step 3

For pakoras :- Take a bowl add besan,water,salt,red chilli powder, jeera powder mix it well make a thick batter and fry the pakodas till it is golden and serve it boiled rice and onions
