Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut thick rounds of potatoes & add them to boilinğ water for few minutes. Remove & let them dry little.

* Step 2

In a pan heat oil add jeera, finely chopped onions & saute. Add ginger & garlic paste cook fr few minutes. Add little chopped tomatoes & green chillies.

* Step 3

Add salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, amchur powder & cook till all mix well & become little dry.

* Step 4

In a flat pan add oil & place potato slices & fry till little brown. Add this masala on top & cook for smtime. In a baking dish keep the potatoes. Sprinkle coriander leaves, red chilli powder, lemon juice & bake on 180° fr 8-10 minutes

* Step 5

If u want u can skip the baking step & make them in the frying pan & serve
