Indie Farfalle Pasta

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

1/4 tsp

oregano

2 tbsp

pasta sauce

1 tbsp

olive oil

to taste

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp

butter

1/2 cup

milk

to taste

salt salt

as needed

Cheese

as needed

Green pasta

1/2 cup

White sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil Pasta with salt & oil. Drain water run under cold water for a minute. Divide into 3 parts

* Step 2

Orange Pasta. In a pan add oil add pasta sauce, salt, pepper & oregano. Mix well cook for a minute. Add pasta & cheese. Cook till pasta is well coated with sauce.

* Step 3

White Pasta. To make white sauce Heat butter add maida & mix well. Slowly add milk & whisk it add little salt. Cook till you get the desired consistency. Heat oil add white sauce, milk & cheese. Keep stirring add oregano, salt and pepper. When all mix well add pasta. Cook till the pasta it mixed & coated with sauce.

* Step 4

Heat oil add white sauce, basil paste & mix well. Add 1/2 cup milk, oregano, salt & pepper & cheese. Mix all well. Add colour mix & last add pasta & cook till all mix well.

* Step 5

I have kept it very basic as per my daughters like. You can add veggies or chicken as per your likes
