Chilli Milli Potatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes into little thick long slices. Sprinkle cornflour & fry.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add garlic & saute. Add dried whole red chillies & saute.
* Step 3
Add onion, capsicum & cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, salt, pepper, sugar & peanuts. Cook all for few minutes.
* Step 5
Add colour & make a slurry of cornflour & water & add
* Step 6
Cook till you get a required consistency.
* Step 7
Add potatoes & greens of spring onion. Cook till potatoes are well coated.
