200 gms

paneer

1 cup

matar

1/4 tsp

kasuri methi

1/2 tsp

jeera powder

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera & hing. Add onions & cook till light brown.

* Step 2

Add ginger garlic & mix well. Keep it stirring as we are not adding water.

* Step 3

Now add tomatoes mix well. Add salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder & cook till oil seeps out.

* Step 4

Now add peas & water. Once peas are cooked add paneer(I don't fry paneer as smtimes it gets chewy) Add jeera powder, kasuri methi, chopped coriander & cook fr few minutes. Serve hot with roti or paratha

* Step 5

You can add 2 tbsp of fresh cream it's optional
