Potato & Veggie Pattice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil & mashed potatoes. Boil peas
* Step 2
Chop cucumber & tomato. Remove tomato seeds before chopping
* Step 3
Add little salt to potatoes & mix
* Step 4
For filling in a bowl mix all 3 veggies, red & green chilli, salt & coriander.
* Step 5
Make a ball of potato & flatten it. Fill in the filling & give shape like a tikki.
* Step 6
Roll in rava & refrigerate for sometime. Dip in egg & fry. Serve hot with dip of your choice.
