Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chickpeas overnight.
In a pan heat oil add jeera, black elaichi & cinnamon.
* Step 2
Add coarsely grinded onion. Cook till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste. Cook till oil seperates.
* Step 3
Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder, amchur/ anardana & chopped green chillies
* Step 4
Add soaked chana & green chilli. Pressure cook.
Add chopped coriander leaves check the seasoning & cook on low flame for sometime.
Serve with hot puris
