Egg Fried Rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil rice with oil & salt
Fry eggs & Cut into pieces
In a wok heat oil add chopped garlic & ginger cook fr a minute.
* Step 2
Add vegetables. I used bell pepper, carrot, onion, cabbage. Saute fr few minutes.
* Step 3
Now add soya sauce, salt, pepper powder & ajinomoto(optional) & mix well.
* Step 4
Add fried eggs, greens of spring onion & boiled rice.
Mix all well & Serve hot with gravy of ur choice.
