Bukhari Pulao
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan fry onions till brown.
Add jeera, tomatoes, grated carrot, ginger & garlic paste. Mix well & cook fr sometime.
* Step 2
Now add Chicken, Potaoes, salt, red chilli powder, green chillies & garam masala powder.
* Step 3
Add little water if required.
When chicken in half cooked add rice & water as required.When water dries, Garnish with fried potatoes coriander leaves, birista & fry raisins & cashew in ghee.
* Step 4
Keep on dum/ slow cooking fr 15 minutes. Serve hot with chopped onions & green chilli in sweet imli chutney.
