24 Hour Sous Vide Pork Shoulder

Believe it or not, some recipes suggest a slower and lower pork treatment still. But 24 hours is a long enough time to wait for pork imho.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a batch of bbqtv's KA bbq rub. Coat your pork generously. If you have time, let your meat sit overnight.

* Step 2

Prepare water bath to 71C

* Step 3

Place seasoned pork in a vacuum bag and seal tightly. The pressure doesn't matter too much as long as the air is out of it.

Submerge in water bath for 24 hours.
