Carrot Coconut Salad

Here's another my favourite summer salad❤️ Me and my daughter love carrots and eat anyway, but I'd like my husband to enjoy it too. He loves coconuts, so I put some flavour for him. He likes it very much😀

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
1/3 cup

raisins

2 Tbsp

olive oil

1 Tbsp

lime juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak raisins with hot water while you shred carrot.

* Step 2

Shred/cut into julienne carrots.

* Step 3

Drain the water from raisins and mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine well. Cover and chill in fridge until serve.
