Black Bean and Cantaloupe Salad

I like this simple salad. It's refreshing, sweet, and a good source of protein!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

3 Tbsp

coriander

1 1/2 Tbsp

lime juice

1 1/2 Tbsp

lemon juice

to taste

salt n pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Drain and rinse black beans.

* Step 2

Remove seeds and skin from the cantaloup, then cut into 1.5 cm cubes.

* Step 3

Wash, dry and chop coriander.

* Step 4

Mix all ingredients with lemon and lime juice then salt and pepper (and maple syrup if you like) to taste.
