Fried Chicken Tenders
This is really just too easy. 4 ingredients but so good. I mixed up a super quick yum yum sauce to go with it. Ate it with some steamed spaghetti squash sauteed with garlic and oil.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil to med. Dip tenders into egg then generously coat with potato flakes.
* Step 2
Place tenders in pan and cook 10 mins first side about 8 mins second side. Food safe temp of 170 degrees F. Tenders will be very golden and crispy. Mine took 2 batches.
