Vegan Broccoli Soup

Who said healthy food couldn’t be delicious? This soup is very healthy and delicious as well! The slight spice of the pepper with the broccoli and garlic balances out the flavours perfectly and makes the perfect creamy soup. It is easy and quick to make and can be enjoyed as a side dish or appetizer! #winterdishes

Ingredient

olive oil

1 tbsp

flour

1 pinch

cumin powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the broccoli florets for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Remove and cool the broccoli florets.

* Step 3

Take a pan and add olive oil.

* Step 4

Saute the onion and garlic pods till light brown in colour.

* Step 5

Grind the broccoli, onion and garlic in a mixer with water and flour.

* Step 6

Boil the above mixture and add cumin powder, red chilli powder and water for the required soup consistency.

* Step 7

Serve hot garnished with pepper.
