Oats porridge with Broccoli and minced chicken - One Pot Meal
After all the festive eating, it’s nice to eat something simple, warm and easy to make. Something soothing and easy for the tummy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinade chicken mince with sesame oil, chinese wine and white pepper. Mix well and set aside.
* Step 2
Add all other ingredients (except spinach and meat) in the rice cooker. Then add in 1-2 cups of water (depending on how thick you like your porridge to be). Mix well. Cook on white rice mode.
* Step 3
Half way through cooking, add in baby spinach and minced chicken. Stir to mix well. Continue cooking till meat is done. Enjoy!
