Spicy chicken breast
I add this to my salad for protein but it would be great with rice too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix spice, chilli paste and oil.
* Step 2
Put chicken breasts in ziploc bag and pour spice mix in ziploc. Massage spice mix into chicken.
* Step 3
Marinate in the fridge overnight or longer (I marinate for at least 24 hours)
* Step 4
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
* Step 5
If using bone-in chicken breast, add 10 mins.
