Healthy Curry Turmeric Stir-fried Green Beans

We've decided to embark on a more healthy diet in this house by (no, we still eat meat hehehehe) eating more vegetables. I saw a relative make this during Chinese New Year and it was delicious! Hope you give it a shot and like it. 😍😛 You can actually add shredded carrots, cabbage or eggplants for variety. Please cook to taste.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant, approx 30 seconds

* Step 2

Mix 1 tbsp water with turmeric, curry powder, cumin powder, pepper flakes -> add to pan/wok/pot. Stir and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes

* Step 3

Stir in green beans, stir fry. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, seasoning. Add water/broth

* Step 4

Cook for 1 minute (If you're using softer vegetables like eggplants, add now to steam a little)

* Step 5

You're done!
