Thyme Honey Balsamic Vinegar Chicken Drumstick
This is the lunch packed for my kids today! Chicken drumstick is this family's favorite...so's honey! With tangy ginger, garlic and soy sauce, it's delicious! Served with rice and sauted cabbage and carrots.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pot and blanch chicken for approximately 10 minutes. Remove and set aside
* Step 2
Mix marinade in a large mixing bowl
* Step 3
Marinade chicken for about 2 hours in the fridge
* Step 4
Heat oven to 150 degree and bake chicken for 40 minutes, basting in between
* Step 5
Done. As simple as that. Garnish with sesame seeds if you want. If not, just skip it, not gonna make much difference 😁😂❤️
