Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely dice onion, capsicum & zucchini and throw in a bowl with corn kernels.
* Step 2
Finely slice snow peas and chilli, throw in the bowl.
* Step 3
Chop avocado and parsley, halve tomatoes and add the the bowl.
* Step 4
Squeeze some lemon juice season with salt and pepper and you are home! Enjoy!
