Spinach Dip

Ingredient

Sour cream

150 grams

Frozen spinach

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut top off loaf and Scoop the innards of loaf carefully.

* Step 2

Rip into bite size pieces and toast under grill. (I bought an extra loaf to make it go further).

* Step 3

Defrost spinach and mix well with other ingredients. Pour mix into loaf- serve on a large platter with toasted bite sized bread bits, celery sticks and carrot sticks. Yum!
