Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assalamualaikum, Take a jar add the all sufiyana's spices mix well and blend the paste,
* Step 2
Heat oil in pressure cooker, put in the Cumin seeds,green cardamom, and bay leaves,saute the spices then add the chopped onion, stir-fry the onions, now add the sufiyana masala,
* Step 3
Give it a good mix well, then pour the rose water, and mix well, now add the chopped potato mix well, then add the basmati rice, mix all ingredients together,
* Step 4
Now add the 2 cups of water, boil the water and fix the pressure, cook for 2 whistles,then off the flame,
* Step 5
Now add the buttermilk, mix the black salt, Black pepper powder, salt, chat masala, mix well, now, ready to serve and enjoy!
