* Step 1

Heàt a pressure cooker,put in a Beef add the all spices,chopped onion,oil little water and mix well,cooked for 30 mins,

Then, open the pressure and saute the Beef curry,for 10 mins,switch off the flame and keep aside,

Soak the all grains and pulses overnight,next day,cooked the all grains and pulses and beat the grains and pulses

Take a pot, Then pour the grains and pulses and cooked the high flame, chopped the green chillies,and mint leaves,now, put in the Beef curry and mix together,very gently,boal the Haleem 20 mins,,now,switch off the gas flame, sprinkle the garam masala,pour the Haleem serving bowl,

And sprinkle the shallow fried onion,julian Ginger,and squeeze the lemon....ready to serve........
