Besan Dhokla🍱

Besan dhokla is a gujarati snack,being steamed besan dhokla is healthy and nutritious too, learn how to make gujrati Dhokla,made by my sister it's yummmm😋#5pm

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1/2 cup

sugar

5 gm

eno

2 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add gram flour,curd and water,mix well and make a smooth batter,the batter should be of thick consistency,add salt and set aside for 4 hour covered with a lid. Also add turmeric powder and mix well, keep the steamer or cooker ready on gas grease a baking dish(it should fit in the steamer or cooker).now in small bowl take a tsp,of soda bi carb or eno, 1 tsp Oil and mix well.

* Step 2

Add this to the batter and mix well,pour the batter into the greased pan and steam for 10-12 mins or till done.

* Step 3

Cool for sometime and cut into big cubes, heat little oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves allow to splutter, remove and pour it over dhoklaas,

* Step 4

Garnish the besan dhokla with Coriander leaves and slited green chillies,serve with hari chutney....
