Dates or khajoor are well known for their nutritional value, specially as a great sauce of potassium, vitamins and minerals this is my abbu's friend recipe it's yummm and healthy #5pm

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Assalamualaikum cut the khajoor in small pieces,discard the seeds, blend the milk smooth

* Step 2

Add the sugar,milk,and ice cubes and blend again, pour in serving glasses. Add vanilla ice cream (optional) serve immediately.
