Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take yeast,sugar and lukewarm in bowl mix and keep aside for 15 minutes for fermatation. After 15 minutes put maida, milk powder, chopped garlic and salt make a soft dough keep aside for one hour.
* Step 2
For stuffing take kadai heat oil put heeng, jeera crackle it put ginger-garlic paste, green chilli saute for 2 minutes add onion and capsicum saute for two minutes add salt and other masale mix well. Put boiled potato saute for 3-4 minutes put lemon juice and spread green coriander mix it stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Take dough and spread dry maida and make big chapati. Put chapati on Grease microwave tawa spread butter on it. Cut into 8 parts.
* Step 4
Put stuffing on each part and fold all the cuttings. Spread butter above it. Cover with cling wrap for half an hour.
* Step 5
After half an hour bake on 180 degree for 20 minutes. Yummy stuff garlic bread is ready to.
