Thai corn cake

It's made with rice flour. #MMC2019

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roughly chopped lemon leaves and coriander roots and grind with corn and red curry paste to fine paste.

* Step 2

Transfer the ground paste into bowl add salt, capsicum,bell pepper,some corn, Rice flour, sesame seeds and bread crumbs.

* Step 3

Grease hands with little oil, take a spoonful of mixture on hand shape into balls,flatten,roll in remaining breadcrumbs and cornstarch. And shallow fry in hot oil turning,till golden colour and crisp on both sides.

* Step 4

Arrange on a serving plate and serve hot garnishing with red chilli and take with red chilli sauce. Thank you.
