Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boiled potatoes and fine mash with palm. Add All masalas, garlic, green chilli etc.
* Step 2
Take Besan in bowl add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, kitchen king, chopped garlic, kasuri methi add water make thick batter keep aside. Make a ball shape with Potatoes.
* Step 3
Take Potato ball on fork and dip in besan and hot oil on medium flame till then brown. Remove from oil. Take pav cut into centre and spread the butter and heat on tawa. Spread one side mint chutney and other side tomato sauce and spread gun powder. Put Vada in the middle close it. Yummy and spicy Vada pav is ready to eat.
