Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the gobhi in a small pieces. Boil the water add salt put gobhi in it for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Remove the water and put cold water on it. When dry the gobhi add maida, cornflour,salt and black pepper mix well. Take cornflour in bowl add water make liquid batter.
* Step 3
Heat the oil in kadai take one by one gobhi piece dip in cornflour batter and fry on medium flame. Remove from oil after 2 minutes. And keep aside for cold.
* Step 4
Take kadai and put one tbspn oil heat it put chopped Garlic saute till then brown add chopped onion and then capsicum saute for one minute on high flame. Add salt and black pepper.
* Step 5
Add all sauces mix well then add cornflour liquid batter in it mix till then thick.
* Step 6
Once again fry the gobhi on high flame till then brown. Remove from oil and put into Chinese sauce mix well and off the gas. Put spring onion for garnishing.
Yummy gobhi Manchurian is ready to eat.
