Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash Poha and remove all water and mash it. Take boil potatoes mash well.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients, one tbspn. Cornflour except bread crumbs and oil and mash well make Atta style. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Take Poha Atta make cutlet shape put some oil and make smooth Atta. Make cutlet dip in cornflour liquid batter and roll in bread crumbs one by one.
* Step 4
Take Non-stick fry pan with one tbspn. Heat Oil and put cutlet on low flame till then brown.
* Step 5
Yummy Poha cutlet is ready to eat with mint or tomato chutney.
