Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take Spinach Leaves and wash and dry.
* Step 2
Take Besan and add all dry ingredients and mix well and make batter for pakora. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Take kadai and heat oil then take one by one spinach leaf dip in besan and fry on medium heat. Remove from oil and put on napkin. Keep aside for cool.
* Step 4
Whisk the curd and bura. Take plate put all spinach pakora spread curd, raita masala, Jeera masala and put imly chutney. Yummy Palak Patta chaat is ready to eat.
