Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take Besan in bowl add suji, Salt, kashmiri mirch, Ajwayen, heeng and garlic paste.mix well with whisker.
* Step 2
Add water for besan batter. Mix till then besan light.
* Step 3
Add kasoori Methi and dhaniya.Mix well.
* Step 4
Take Onion rings, palak, green chilli and potato. Cover with some salt and kashmiri mirch keep aside for ten minutes.
* Step 5
Add one by one veggies dip in besan and deep fry.
* Step 6
Put on tissue paper. Put chaat masala on it.
* Step 7
Yummy mix pakoras is ready to eat with pudina chutney and tomato sauce.
