Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Starter vegetable BallsReceipe

* Step 2

Mix all veggies and make ball and fry it.

* Step 3

Yummy vegetable ball is ready to eat with pudina chutney.

* Step 4

Makki ki roti Receipe 1. Take Makki Atta in bowl mix all ingrideints and knead well. 2. ‎Take one by one pera for making Makki ki roti on tawa and put butter on it when prepared.

Saag Receipe 1. Take and wash Saag, Bathua, Palak cut all add salt, green chilli in cooker give 5-6 whistle. 2. ‎Open and mix with madhani add makki ka atta mix well. 3. ‎take kadai add desi ghee add garlic,ginger and onion saute till then light brown add one tbspn.makki ka atta saute for one minute add all masale and tomato saute till then leave the ghee. Add mashed saag mix well and keep on low flame. Till then leave the ghee.

* Step 6

4. ‎Eat yummy saag with makki ki roti add homemade butter.

* Step 7

Malai Methi receipe 1.Take kadai add ghee add ginger garlic paste saute add chopped onion saute add Methi saute for 2-3 minutes.

2. Put all masale add tomato saute till then leave the ghee from kadai. 3. ‎Add malai mix well then add big pieces of fry paneer. Cover for 5 minutes.

* Step 9

4. ‎yummy malai Methi Paneer is ready.

Receipe kashifal halwa

* Step 11

1. Take grated kashifal put into kadai saute till then water dry.

* Step 12

2. ‎Add jaggery and sugarmelt properly saute till then dry both.

* Step 13

3. ‎Add cardamom powder,milk powder,roasted kaju and kishmish mix well.

* Step 14

4. ‎Add ghee saute for 3-4 minutes. 5. ‎yummy kashifal halwa is ready.

* Step 15

Chach Receipe 1. Take curd beat well mix water beat add pudina,salt,black pepper and jaljeera powder.

* Step 16

2. Yummy chach is ready for balance diet.
