Winter special Khajoor Dry Fruit Chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. Imly dipped in water over night and Khajoor dipped in water for 15 minutes and grind it.

* Step 2

Take kadai boil imly add one cup water for 5 minutes. Then add jaggery,sugar boiled for 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Then add Khajoor boiled for 5 minutes add kaju,til, pepper,Kala Namak- and saunf mix them and off the gas.

* Step 4

When chutney is cold then keep in the cover steel container fridge. Use till two months.

* Step 5

Yummy and delicious winter special Chutney is ready. Use in Bhelpuri,Bhalla papri, raita and with snacks.
