Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes. Then deep fry till it turns golden brown.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add curd beat it well. Add turmeric and salt and mix it well.
* Step 3
Take pan heat some oil. Add turmeric, salt, kaju paste and mix it well. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down for few minutes.
* Step 4
Add curd mixture. Mix it well. Add kasuri methi and fried potatoes. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
